The location of this place was perfect, close to shopping areas which was super convenient. They set us up in a room that was wheelchair accessible, had WiFi, a balcony, and good water pressure - all things we needed. 💫

The room was super new and spacious with great water pressure. I loved the view of the park and had access to 4 English channels, which was a bonus. the staff here were really helpful and check-in went smoothly. 😊

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown San Jose and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent, as it was near better places for entertainment and shopping. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The rooms, although a little dated, were clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed my room on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the street. It was great for enjoying the sun and taking in the sights. The breakfast, although not a buffet, was above average in terms of quantity and the quality was pretty good as well.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.
